Can anyone learn Jiu-Jitsu?

Jiu Jitsu is for all. Whether a man, woman, child or elder, Jiu Jitsu can be learned and practiced by anyone even if it is their first time training in martial arts. Being the “gentle art”, Jiu Jitsu’s training involves very natural movements that can be practiced by virtually anyone as well as people with disabilities.

Is Jiu-Jitsu a good physical exercise?

Jiu-Jitsu is an excellent way to improve your endurance, flexibility and get in shape. All of Jiu Jitsu’s movements, target every muscle in the body making it a well-rounded form of exercise.

Is the training of Jiu-Jitsu safe?

In our academy Jiu-Jitsu is taught in an environment that propels students to learn safely and reach their top potential.

With new students going through the Fundamentals class cycles students will learn the basic and safest ways to practice Jiu-Jitsu and gradually move forward with more experience.

As we teach we encourage seriousness, total focus while training and careful practice of Jiu Jitsu for the complete safety of all of our students.
